We had the pleasure to eat lunch with some dear friends, the Moncadas, at yummy Chuy's restaurant. Georgia was so excited to see Raleigh, Andrew, Laurel and Nickie (and baby Moncada). She had a good time throwing crayons and her cup on the floor while Andrew was a great helper in picking them up. Laurel and her happily posed for the camera and loved giving each other hugs. What a fun day.

Fourth of July, 07.04.10
Georgia and her Daddy conducted their very own parade to the local park where as Daddy reports, "Georgia shook her American flag and waved on the way". What a ham! They enjoyed a delicious barbeque lunch at the Norton's before heading over to the lake where they met her Mommy. The Symphony played beautiful music as the fireworks were blasting in the night sky. Georgia loved all of the festivities especially in her new wagon that was decked out in lots of patriotic decor.
Family visit, 06.27.10
We met Aunt Heather, Uncle Jim, cousins Cameron and Mia at their resort, Lost Pines for dinner. The grounds were spacious and lush with lots of outdoor activities like using the roaring campfires to make your own s'mores, horse shoe pits, an area with wooden wagons which were the perfect place for Georgia and Mia to pose for a photo. The following day Heather's family joined us at our home for the night. Cam and Mia went on a canoe ride with Uncle Pete and Jim. Luckily, there weren't any overboard tales to report. We ended the evening with an awesome pizza at a local pizzeria.
On Sunday, we drove to Caldwell to celebrate her Great Grandmother's, Anne, 80th birthday. We took her to a local Mexican restaurant where we had lots of chips, salsa and a good Tex-Mex lunch. We decided it would be fun to dress Georgia and Mia alike in a cute polka dotted outfit. Only at this age, does it seem like a good idea. Grandmom's dog, Pita, was pretty interested in Georgia and they were fast friends rolling on the ground together.
